We are planning to start shipping orders towards the end of the year. Please note that shipping dates may be subject to change and are dependent on the availability of the EVB. We will do our best to keep you informed of any updates or changes to the shipping schedule and will make sure your order is shipped as soon as possible. If you have any specific questions about the shipping of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

International orders for the EVB will not be shipped until 2024.

In the meantime, customers can place an order for will-call pickup at our assembly plant in Seattle, WA.

When your EVB is ready for pickup, it will be your responsibility to hire and coordinate with your selected shipper for international export.

Please keep in mind that when choosing this option, it is your responsibility to ensure that your selected shipper can receive the bike on your behalf, and that the bike is compliant with local government regulations.

We cannot provide in-person field service for bikes that are transported internationally until 2024.

Placing an order reserves a Weel EVB for you, but signing the purchase agreement and finalizing payment makes the EVB yours. Details include, but are not limited to:

• Customization options

• Final delivery costs

• Sales tax (depending on the state your delivery address is located in)

You will receive the purchase agreement for your EVB approximately one month prior to its delivery. The delivery date will depend on the order in which your order was received.
